A. United States & Canada Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada, including all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and all provinces and regions within Canada.

We do not offer shipping outside of these two countries at this time.


Shipping Fees

  • Most standard products qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the United States and Canada.
  • For accessories and select small items, a shipping fee may apply depending on the order value. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

We do not charge sales tax on most orders (where applicable, taxes may be automatically calculated at checkout based on local regulations).


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 6–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to view real-time updates and estimated delivery progress.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx in the United States, and reliable local/international carriers for Canadian deliveries to ensure safe and timely shipping.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
  • Some oversized or special items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes. A physical address may be required.

  • Actual delivery times may be affected by force majeure, natural disasters, severe weather, wars, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Shipping from the warehouse closest to your address may be faster.
